«Who are we?! It's hard to explain in a few words, we are so many things! But I can tell you a bit about us. Our first meeting dates back many years ago, when Alessandra came for a job interview for the company I owned. I was immediately struck by her charisma and professionalism, so much so that I decided not to see other candidates, but to hire her immediately. From there we started working together and, despite having very different roles, after a short time a bond was created that led to a real collaboration, but above all to a great friendship. It's strange, right? Often these relationships turn into "convenience relationships" where one takes advantage of the other's role. But between us it was immediately different, transparent. Alessandra helped me from the start to grow the company, going well beyond the simple role of employee. It's thanks to both of us that we achieved excellent results. At the same time our friendship bond was also growing and we learned to know and trust each other. After almost ten years, however, we realized that the sector we worked in was starting to feel tight. The commercial sector certainly has many positive aspects, but unfortunately you often end up chasing numbers and it was increasingly frequent that we stopped to ask ourselves: what's the point?! We therefore began to conceive new ideas and after several attempts she was born: MALVA SRL. This new reality encompasses what we have been missing until now: working to create well-being, so that every client can live experiences that can be lived to the full and that remain among the most beautiful and precious memories. After all, what is happiness if not this? Carving out small moments, to share with yourself or with the people we care about, so that the rest of everyday life made up of a thousand commitments can become lighter. This is what we are: two simple girls, with a lot of willpower and a thousand ideas, who want to create EXPERIENCES that give serenity and carefreeness. And it's really incredible how doing all this gives serenity especially to us.»
